VERSA is actively acquiring and developing Power Centers, Regional Malls and Neighborhood Centers. In the retail industry, success is dictated by strict adherence to real estate fundamentals of location and well-established tenant and broker relationships. Additionally, new construction requires a strong knowledge of the development process from start to finish. VERSA principals have acquired and developed over $500mm of retail properties throughout the United States and continues to have a strong pipeline of deals for both acquisition and development of retail properties.


VERSA principals have acquired and developed healthcare related properties. Included in this track record are medical office product, skilled nursing/independent/assisted living product, and Ambulatory Care product. VERSA currently has a strong pipeline of deals for both acquisition and development of on and off-campus medical facilities. This pipeline of deals is based on established relationships with major healthcare organizations but also an understanding of how to work with healthcare professionals.


VERSA has spent 30+ years buying vacant farmland, which it then rezoned and entitled for large logistic, technology and warehousing parks, including partnering with municipalities to build and/or extend sewer and water service. We have high penetration in Michigan in Lyon Township, Wixom, Madison Heights and Howell/Genoa. Versa has partnered to build for its customers more than 1,000,000 square feet of new industrial buildings in its Michigan industrial parks. Versa has also purchased industrial buildings throughout the Detroit metro area and Fort Myers, FL. For buildings we intend to hold, we typically look for tenants in stable industries that serve the metropolitan area in which they are based. In Florida we concentrate on landscape supplies, HVAC distributors and companies that service the growing housing market. Versa also partners with leading real estate brokers in markets, allowing us to get first-mover advantage and the benefit of market intelligence and insight.
